The Links, Incorporated
Gwendolyn B. Lee, Ph.D., has over 36 years experience in secondary education. She currently serves as the Associate Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction and Professional Development and as the Director of Special Education and the District Coordinator for Small Learning Communities.
She was named Principal of the Year for the State of Illinois in 1998 and Administrator of the Year in 2003.
She has a Ph.D. from Loyola University (Chicago). She is an adjunct faculty member at Governors State University and National Louis University.
She has a 30 year record of active participation in The Links, Incorporated. She is a charter member of the South Suburban Chicago Chapter located in the Central Area. She has held three National offices; National Member-At-Large (1986-1990), National Nominating Committee Chairperson (1990-1994), and National Recording Secretary (1998-2002), National Vice-President (2002-2006).
Link Lee was appointed the National Trends and Services Director and served in that capacity from 1994-1998.
Currently, Link Lee serves as the 14th National President of The Links, Incorporated.
